I’m getting that because only P is in 3, S must be below P, H must be below S, and F must be below M. With all of that being true, B could be correct as well. I must be confused about something crucial (possibly obvious) to feel this confident about a wrong answer.

S and F can be in the same aisle. S can’t be lower than H, but they could be in the same spot. So B is merely could be true: you could have SH in aisle 2.
