I am having trouble understanding why choice B is wrong for this one. I see why A is correct because of the rule that T/F must be in spot one if present; however given the rule that repeat features must occupy consecutive slots- wouldn’t Finance features in 4 and 5 make it so that 1, 2, and 3 would have to all be Finance features?

Is this not in violation of rule 1 that any feature occupying more than one slot must occupy consecutive slots?
I chose this answer, but wouldn’t that violate the consecutive rule. Since 1, 4,and 5 would be finance?
