B is CORRECT, Y can go fourth.
If not, you can still solve this fairly quickly.
- A is wrong because only K or L can go fifth.
- E is wrong because Z needs to be in front of Y.

Even if you try to place Y as early as possible, Y can’t go second or third. W + one of K/L take up two out of the first three spots. Z would fill the third, because Z must go before Y.
