Refunds/Satisfaction Guarantee
Each course on LSAT Hacks and subscription on LSATHacks is covered by a seven day satisfaction guarantee. You have until the end of that period to request a refund if you are unsatisfied with the course.
If you are simply no longer studying for the LSAT, it will be up to LSAT Hacks’ discretion as to whether to issue a refund. If you buy one course and get a refund, you will not be eligible for another refund if you buy another course subsequently.
Lifetime Access
All courses on LSATHacks are lifetime access if purchased as a one-off purchase (as opposed to a subscription). However, to prevent account resale, accounts expire by default 15 months after purchase. If you are still studying beyond this point, please contact support to extend your access free of charge. Only the original account holder may extend access.
Debt
It is against LSATHacks policy to take on tutoring or live class students when those students are funding their education through debt, including recurring credit card balances, lines of credit, and student loans. The purpose of this policy is to ensure students are in a good mental and financial position and are not putting their finances at risk to undertake studies.
Subscriptions
All subscriptions are month to month. You may cancel anytime and retain access for the remainder of the billing period.

Wesley says
On your “165 LSAT – Is it a good score?” blogpost, you state that 165 is in the 89th percentile, and that means if 1,000 people took the LSAT, 1100 would receive a 165. Obviously this is a typo, but since this is one of the first results on a Google search, it might be worthwhile to correct it.
Founder Graeme Blake says
Ah thank you, I’ve corrected this. Meant to write 110.
