DISCUSSION: The two theories have very little in common. CLS describes law as a tool of the elite. Law and Literature believes law to be art.
Both theories draw on disciplines from outside law. That’s their only common point. See lines 27-29 and 35-37. (Interdisciplinary refers to some disciplines from outside the law.)
