- This sounds like the instructions that judges give to juries (lines 21-26). The author thinks those don’t work.
- CORRECT. Lines 52-58 support this. The author thinks a jury can be impartial even if (or especially if) it has pre-trial knowledge. The author thinks that informed debate between curious people is the most important thing.

- This is vague. It doesn’t say if we should look for lots of media exposure or little media exposure.
But it’s a red herring. The author doesn’t think media exposure is relevant to impartiality. - The author never mentions media during a trial. He only talks about whether jurors should have pre-trial media exposure.
