DISCUSSION: This question should be straightforward if you properly understood the main point of each passage. If you had trouble with this, you need to work on making good summaries of the author’s point of view.

- CORRECT. Passage A is arguing that jury nullification is bad. Passage B argues that it is good.
That’s pretty much all there is to this. - The first part of this is right. But passage B doesn’t suggest improvements to jury nullification. The author seems to think it is fine as it is.
- This is entirely off the mark.
Example of answer: “Here are some scientific studies about how juries behave.”
“Here’s my idea about why juries behave the way they do.” - This didn’t happen at all.
Example of answer: “We’ll never solve the overcrowding in our prisons.”
“We can solve prison crowding by avoiding prison for some non-violent crimes.” - This didn’t happen.
Example of answer: “Why do people have to rise when a judge enters the courtroom?”
“The custom of rising when a judge entered the courtroom originated when….”
