We solved this in the setup. O can’t go on Thursday, because O must go before H. Since H can’t go Friday,  the earliest O can go is Wednesday:

C is CORRECT.

You can eliminate the other answers because they have no restrictions on them. N and S can go anywhere (as long as they aren’t beside each other). P can literally go anywhere. H can go anywhere except Friday.

There will never be any “hidden rules” blocking a variable from going somewhere not mentioned as being forbidden in the setup. (Except through a fairly direct deduction like we made for O.)
