October LSAT Scheduling Dates Guide

September 25, 2023 by Graeme Blake Leave a Comment

LSAC has announced scheduling dates for the October LSAT. In an effort to make the process smooth, they’ve taken a new, staggered approach.

I’ve made a handy form which will let you see which day you can register. You can also consult LSAC’s official chart.

Once registration opens for your chosen date/test type, use Prometric’s form here.

In the event of any discrepancies, their chart is correct. You will likely find the form simpler however.

The basic idea for this registration process is that in person registration opens two days before remote. You select the day you’d like to take the LSAT, and then you check what time scheduling for that date opens.

Once open, scheduling for in person stays open until Sept 28th at 12 EST. Then it reopens from Sept 30th until Oct 6th.

For remote registration, on the 28th and 29th, and stays open until Oct 10th.

Please refer to the form or chart for exact dates. Also LSAC emphasizes not to try to schedule before scheduling opens for a given date. That will just put you into limbo, and clog the system.

You can also have a look at the reddit post I made for more information and discussion.
