- CORRECT. Passage A argues the ecosystems are weakened. Passage B argues that they simply change.
- Passage A mentions this in the third sentence of paragraph 1, but Passage B doesn’t say how species can spread to new habitats.

Hello, I know answer choice E is wrong, but just out of curiousity, wouldn’t passage A saying “ecologists realize that when humans introduce new species into existing ecosystem” (lines 8-9) actually be considered an idea of how invasive species arrive in the new ecosystems? I know passage B doesn’t mention anything so eliminated this answer primarily based on that.
