DISCUSSION: This type of question depends on your mastery of details. When you read a passage, you don’t need to memorize all the details. But, you should know where they are, in order to find them quickly.
If you have a good map of the passage, you should be able to answer this by finding all the wrong answers in the passage and eliminating them – quickly.
It also helps to have spotted and noticed that the passage never talked about financial benefits to patrons. When reading a passage it is helpful to take note of what is not discussed.
