QUESTION TYPE: Method of Reasoning

CONCLUSION: Kira says Binh shouldn’t buy insurance.

REASONING: Kira claims that the insurer wouldn’t sell insurance if it wasn’t profitable. Binh replies by agreeing with Kira that the insurer is trying to make money, but says that that doesn’t mean insurance is a bad idea.

ANALYSIS: It’s important to note that Binh doesn’t disagree with any of the premises Kira has put forward. Binh agrees that the insurer is making money! Binh just says that you can’t reach Kira’s conclusion from the facts that she put forward.
