QUESTION TEXT: -…
QUESTION TYPE: Omitted from Scoring
ANALYSIS: This happens very rarely with LSAT questions. Once in a while, a question is either potentially flawed, or the LSAC finds that it completely misjudged the difficulty of the question.
This has happened less than ten times to my knowledge, possibly less than 5. So don’t count on it happening on your test. Most likely, every question is correctly written. If it seems like two answers could be right, you’re likely missing something.
When a question was removed from scoring, LSAC removes it entirely. So, we’ll never know what this question was or what was wrong with it.
