ANALYSIS: You can’t prephrase every question. On a question like this it’s best just to quickly consider ways that employees could still have a shorter commute.
I thought maybe employees could rent apartments, or the company could subsidize housing.
The right answer gave a different reason, a pay raise. Just keep your mind open to anything that would allow employees to afford housing once the company moves.
