This question is a good example. It’s asking about the FTP as a whole. That information is all in the first paragraph. So you can just check that paragraph to eliminate answers. That’s almost certainly the fastest method. You only need to scan 10 lines of text: lines 3-14 eliminate all the wrong answers.

Remember that you’re looking for the answer that is not supported.
