PrepTest 159 Data
PrepTest 159 is a new format LSAT PrepTest with no logic games section. Its sections come from the February 2024 LSAT (Sections 1 and 2) and the April 2025 LSAT (Sections 3 and 4). These tests were originally administered in February 2024 and April 2025. Section 2 is the experimental section, which does not count toward your score. It is included so you can simulate a four-section practice test - the questions themselves are no different in style from the scored sections.
Note on PT 159’s Origins
PrepTest 159 is unusual in that this is the first PrepTest LSAC has made since the removal of logic games. It is assembled as follows:
- PT 159 S1 = February 2024, Section 2 (LR)
- PT 159 S2 = February 2024, Section 3 (RC; experimental on PT 159)
- PT 159 S3 = April 2025, Section 1 (LR)
- PT 159 S4 = April 2025, Section 3 (RC)
The following sections from the February 2024 and April 2025 disclosure booklets are not on PrepTest 159:
- February 2024, Section 1 — Analytical Reasoning/Logic Games
- April 2025, Section 2 — Logical Reasoning
Finally, though these tests have names with 2024/2025, the tests were originally created in the early 2010s, according to Powerscore, then reused after 2020 until their release as disclosure booklets. So despite having a high PrepTest number, PT 159 is fairly old material. But it also is representative of the material LSAC has been re-using at the time of writing (2026).
