  2. Why would the author believe this? The final paragraph talks about how tribal and intertribal activities serve different functions.
  3. CORRECT. Lines 55-58 support this.
  4. The author never says why the powwow is becoming more common. Also, we’re never told that the powwow was on hiatus.
  5. Lines 41-42 show that the author agrees that intertribalism is strong. Neither the author not Pan-Indian scholars mentioned urbanization or politics.
